We do not collect payment information directly. All payments are processed securely through Spectora’s payment system.

Our online scheduler and inspection reports are powered by Spectora, a third-party inspection software platform. When you book an inspection or receive a report, your information is also subject to Spectora’s Privacy Policy. We use Spectora solely to manage inspection scheduling, reporting, and communication — not for advertising.
Data Retention
We retain inspection records and associated contact information as part of our business records. If you would like your information removed from our records, contact us and we will honor that request to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your Rights
