All codes apply to the home inspection fee only. The military (MILITARY10) and first responder (RESPOND10) discounts take 10% off the inspection fee, including any older-home adjustment. They do not apply to add-on services such as radon testing, mold testing, pool inspections, detached structures, the property history report, the travel fee, or re-inspections.
