Oregon requires licensure through the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and OCHI. Russ holds an active Oregon Certified Home Inspector license and an Oregon CCB Licensed General Contractor number, giving him credentials no other inspector in the service area can match.
Washington has its own licensing requirements, separate standards of practice, and its own pest inspection certification. Russ holds all of them. Buyers in Clark County get a fully qualified inspector, not someone crossing the bridge on an Oregon license alone.
